Lack of technical growth as products are already developed. Routine work is like maintenance and bug fixes for marketing cloud. Poor work life balance as you need to sync up with us/ canada teammates on daily basis in the night 10-11 pm.

No incentives to the employees not even any kind of appreciation programs are there... Fun activities are prohibited, you only work work work... Job security is not there cause continuos lay offs even experts who had much experience and were working great was removed... They only care for their profits so as an employee you doesn't matter.... You'll be threaten if you ask questions like even the company is in profits and they are saving millions by closing offices why they don't organise any quaterly fun activities for employees (happened when CPO visited india in April 2024).... Promotions are not be given until you ask/demand even if you work hard.... Appraisals will be given in only 5 to 10% range.

...of all these should be halved as they are not as useful at current frequency. 3. No joining bonus or annual bonus till some level (Manager) 4. Wish they provided reimbursement for coworking spaces 2-4 times a month, for important calls etc. considering again they being a WFH company and the abysmal internet and power situation in India in many parts of the country. 5. No official process or budget for certifications (except maybe Drupal related). 6. WLB can sometimes take a hit especially in their client focused depts like Professional services

Roadmap and vision is very volatile. Some departments are running at their bare minimum capacity. HR department is only for namesake. Just like most companies, HR is actively involved at the time of entry and at the time of exit. They don't exist in between. All roadmap and vision plans only talk about customer happiness and customer retention. But no one talks about employee satisfaction and employee retention. There has to be a balance. Some departments see continuous growth while some are perpetually stuck at certain level and growth is shunted.

You get lot of time to work on things you want to.

Dislikes

...er mood No reimbursement for certification or any financial support you want. Running in cost cutting mode. Survival for next 1 year looks very difficult. Technical skills of engineers are below average Wipro and infosys engineer will know more than them For the sake of flexible Working hours they harass people to work late night. Managers don't allow you to create and want developers to work on solution they think is good. People sharing ideas are de-motivated
