CMD is an IITan, However still abuse like LaLa and wants to get into everything, Company tries to deduct salaries of employees for 10 more reasons, Company is not compliant with the Labour Law and Shop and Establishment act, Hire people and fire people, Management is Impatient with employees and disrespect employees. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY, EVEN HR IS NOT STABLE DEPARTMENT HERE, THEY COME AND GO.

Lets talk about it... 1 . interview part :- there is nothing in the interview, they will ask conversion of mm, inch and cm that's it. 2. Job :- they will ask for 3 month of training and appraisal after it , but they will extend it to 6+ months 3. Work environment :- There is no any ethics for that , they will shout on you, uses abusive words as well. 4. Skill development :- There skill development is -100%, you just have to physically saw the products and do QC for them. 5. To confirm you as full-time from trainee you had to wait for 8+ months. I had taken lots of time to write it, Please go through this honest review this will helps you alots
