I had an unpleasant experience working at Acquara Management. The role I was hired for was misrepresented and the work was completely different. For those seeking careers in the Investment Banking domain, this organization is not recommended. Bonuses are minimal despite significant employee efforts and are paid in the following year. Work-life balance is poor, with no considerations in critical situations. Strict work hours and salary deductions are enforced. The HR and finance departments are unorganized with no clear policies regarding leaves, notice period and settlement. The company centralized decision-making authority and this leads to delays in almost every action.

Poor Management, especially CA Preeti Gupta is very unprofessional, lacks professional knowledge, way of taking is inferior, she is very young, but got the position of Vice president, without experience, if she would be VC in future, this company, would lose their client & Valuable employee.
