1.That David pulla HR his name is also David like his activity to hold the salary of employees for taking 2days leave , they terminate their employees without giving any intimation,junior HR is not helpful her name is viji waste of time to speak with her. If anything happens we raised that issue to HR viji She tell to speak to David,then why she is in ofc, and finally the Boss Mr.Charlin anthony it's not just a name we heard his name every day. Charlin asking question charlin asking question. His attitude was terrible he giving an example like If I teach a 10th standard student he will work for me like you...... 2nd example was r u comfortable with my English r I can talk as low level English is comfortable for u , Hitler revolution. I recommend don't join this company

...t but they will ask for 100 production within 1 month. Extremely waste company .They will terminate and won't pay the salary properly. Also if we followup and ask for salary means they will pay a little stating the payment is based on our production that in within 1 month of training time .No count for calling sent coding sent Accounts. Only action taking Accounts will be considered as count accounts and by day end they will ask, only this many action Accounts for this whole day as like..Please don't go and waste ur time.They will make us invest in our own laptop and wifi but at the end of termination we won't get even spend amount for the work itself since now it's work from home for employees other than chennai. No night shift allowance for wfh employees.

Higher authorities like TL and Managers and HR peoples are Open to everyone , And Friendly environment, Provide good training, though it is Small company , People are Interacting with every employee easily, House keeping good, Overall 4.9/5.0

The working environment of the office is good. very friendly workers. The work pressure is a little difficult at the beginning for freshers till we learn the process. But it is manageable. The food provided by the company is a very good initiative by the company for non locals.

Food is free, and I see lot of people have no regard to food. they waste and I bleed inside when I see that happen, so as an added adv, i pick tat up and eat. and i make sure I am enuf fed and eat happy thinkin, I am lucky and eat on the behalf of the poor, I feel bad and sometimes I cry when i see people wasting food for their benefit. PLEASE do not waste.. Imagine if yu were in that situation. The place looks fine, rest room smells nice and at times we can smoke up on roof or at the ground closer to the gate. I have only grievances not the pluses about ACP, damn it..

It sucks, there is no proper training, while employees sit and work.. and it is very noisy and the worse part is.. no air conditioner.. I have to fan myself and work.. too stuffy.. no training room for freshers and how do u expect to learn and undertand. if they environment does not compromise.
