1. Lots of learning opportunities here. You get to work for some good clients and get hands on in multiple techs. Although, there is workload sometimes but you will enjoy solving the problems if you are passionate. 2. There are some really helpful team mates in the office. You will enjoy working alongside them, solving problems, building logics etc. 3. You may be required to contribute to fields that fall outside of your role but that gives one more moon to the star of your versatility.

Dislikes

1. I did not like the lack of cooperation of management on some levels, especially regarding some exceptional cases. In my opinion, the work culture greatly suffered because of this. None of the employees that I knew were okay in that regard. They should address the work culture issues promptly. Personally targeting an employee should be avoided. 2. Lack of new projects was also one thing for quite some time. If not big clients, they can at least grab some valuable small scale projects that demand less time frame. 3. Although they say 3 days work from home in a month but there is a lot of hassle one has to go through to get even 1 day of work from home when one needs it genuinely. This also highlights the issue of favouring some employees at any cost over other employees. There is an evident lack of equality that I could see. 4. They should implement deployment pipeline tool like Jenkins, Vault for dynamic configs. 5. Need to upgrade Computers/Laptops. Most of the computers are not capable enough to run Android studio smoothly. For testing, you will have to use your own personal device all the time. Also, one Mac system should be always available in the office. 6. Need to follow standard practise in development like drafting contract before development, Test cases review call with recordings, QA drop calls should be scheduled with recordings, QA demo calls should be scheduled. I am highlighting this because most things take place so randomly that even top stakeholders don't have idea where the project is going. This also results in lots of reworking, retesting. 7. One on One should be scheduled regularly with HR or someone who actually has the capability to understand the issues (if you really want to solve them). 8. There is no team outing. 9. Finally, appreciation for good work should be given to people who actually do the work and not otherwise. Callouts should be made for blockers and delays. 10. All the best to them !

There is nothing to like about the company. Please consider zero stars for all fields.

Dislikes

The management is very toxic and poor. They will literally harass you to a point that you resign. There is politics more than parliament of India. There is politics and discussion going on for where an employee will sit in the office. The manager divakar patel is no good for any employee. He will never support you for anything. The overall work environment is highly toxic. The sad part is, the actual management and HR team is not present in Bhopal but in Noida and they have no idea what is actually going on behind their backs in Bhopal. I am lucky that I resigned and saved my life.

You can work on live project and enhance your skills. Multiple technology can be learned in short duration.

Dislikes

It's a startup company, I have to upgrade their skills from themselves. Work load gets more.
