Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Environment is very good in our plant and all staff members looks like a friend and also as a family members.. our plant culture is very good. Many activities like- sports, movies, dinner, annual party, picnic tour etc. Organize in our plant.

The company working atmosphere feel like pleasent and very supportive staff. Company policies are very fair to employees. That would be much better if they encourage the employee performance with some certificates/ gifts.

I feel enough training is not imparted. Career growth is good, team mates are cordial, As long as you are getting orders you are good to retain, no politics but it pays to be in the good books of the top management even if you dnt deliver exceptionally but being in good books of the top boss will yield rich dividends (favoritism is evident) sigh... Keep proving your mettle and you are good to go!
