There is no value for the employess even if work for many years. There is no challenges in work. Everyday same work. Copy paste copy paste only. Team Leader negotiate for everything.

Firstly the HR department is not good at all, When I’m relieving from the company I had face so many issue with the hr for my pay slips and final settlement, I left the organization at December 2021 until now they didn’t settle my account. If I’m calling to hr he is saying we’re not receiving any approval like that .

As of now am working as a senior executive since few years and has shown great potential, though I struggled with meeting production goals during my first quarter, I've been showing a steady improvement in the months followed and continuing to meet and exceed production expectations. I use smart goals( i.e., goals that are Specific Measurable Achievable, Relevant and Time based) can help me to stay on task with my objectives, which should remain the main focus of the employee performance and to reiterate expectations. So, these are the main positive things which I've noticed on the ways the employee will develop as a professional.

My colleagues in acn were very good and friendly natured, but coming to my work I worked ar calling only for two months later they have changed process, this made me so dissatisfied...But I am happy that manager whenever new process comes he just picks me up for the process...so, far I have learned, 3 different processes.

Dislikes

There is no work satisfaction, even I work for more than my working hours...they have changed my process because users from other branch left the company suddenly...I am only the fresher among all. So, I couldn't gain much knowledge...rather compared to others.....
