There is absolutely nothing to like about this dogshit company. They will make you work like dogs for absolutely no pay and youll be treated with no respect by a certain manager who i think was dropped in the head as a baby. The team leads and managers only think about themselves and dont really care how youre doing and the only help youll get from them(if you go to them asking for help) are snarky remarks. They say they have flexible working hours and by that they mean they will change the timing as they see fit and will also shift your week off(usually wednesday) to the day that there is a major holiday in other day of the week( you wont ever get two days off in one week no matter how major the holiday is). The timings are 12pm to 10pm but on sundays you need to work 11am to 10 pm for the same pay(nowhere in the offer letter this has been mentioned).

There's nothing to dislike about the company but yeah they are bit strict about the work hours.

Nothing to be liked in this place. If you are a sales person have no ambition in learning and if you are a toxic person this place could be heaven.

...ill use attractive words like 6LPA... But you WILL NOT get that much money ever. They don't even give the basic pay sometimes. During the training period, if you ask for your original documents, you're scolded and threatened multiple times. They don't respect any of the BD employees

... I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don't pay you properly. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. Just be aware of Acmegrade.
