no increment for officers, starting salary is okay not good, transport facility is very poor, employees are friendly, meals are disgusting and the rate is high, job security is average, no work life balance.

...time of covid-19 company did not support anything as professional and financial. I did not get salary even working from home at the month of April.

According to my experience, I only know that if the company's management system is strong and follows correctly, then problem itself resolves.

Likes

Good group in SME category. Being a CMO, one can learn quickly as every customer have different requirements.

Dislikes

Long working hours, Working culture & job security is very poor, don't pay salary/appraisal on time, Benefits provided by company are almost negligible (e.g. Transportation, food expenses deducted from employee salary).

"For me, the biggest challenge is the heavy workload, which leaves me with little time to focus on improving my skills or learning new things. Additionally, there is some uncertainty regarding job security, which can sometimes create stress. These factors make working here a bit difficult for me."

Likes

It is a very good place to work.Very wast scope of learning for fresher and experienced as well. Skilled enhancement is out of the box, but extreme level of politics inside.

Dislikes

Dirty politics, poor transparency and middle management is not properly able to take the right decision.
