Acme is one of the fast growing company in renewable energy, nearly 2.3 GW is commissioned & 500+ under construction.Regarding growth,learning,wo4k environment every thing is good,here am earning less salary this is only one reason to me for job change....if i change the company i get best hike ...thats it.if i get best package in this only i work continuously in this organization only.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend two or three site late inti the night.
