...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Arbitrary salary structure and designation. Work culture is pathetic. Join this group only if you don't have any job. Never join for sake of salary hike or designation. A bunch of bootlickers are running this organization.

I have progressed a lot, got salary, benefits, work and everything else was fine, but faced a lot of difficulty in getting promotion, and everything is good

Salary comes at time and you have freedom to do things with seniors and learn.

Management is not good in my site. They put too much pressure on us. They compel us to deal with people above our skill level. We have to fight a lot for vacation days. Overall company is good for beginners to learn but not for experienced people.

1. Always there is a fear of loosing the job. 2. Top position Bosses changes very frequently. 3. No inclination towards employee skill development or training. 4. No power to HR. HR only does paperwork formalities. 5. No recreation or yearly team development activities.
