Acme is one of the fast growing company in renewable energy, nearly 2.3 GW is commissioned & 500+ under construction.Regarding growth,learning,wo4k environment every thing is good,here am earning less salary this is only one reason to me for job change....if i change the company i get best hike ...thats it.if i get best package in this only i work continuously in this organization only.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, client base.as a result,I get to travel abroad, especially to the us.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend two or three site late inti the night.

...loyees in times of distress which is reflected in his company's employee policy. Finally, I will say this much about the company: it is easy to work in this company if you work without paying attention to any politics. Whatever company you work for, you should work with this mindset.

Arbitrary salary structure and designation. Work culture is pathetic. Join this group only if you don't have any job. Never join for sake of salary hike or designation. A bunch of bootlickers are running this organization.
