Some of the leaders in Acko brings the culture of favouritism and lobbying, if you are not someone who gets involve with your immediate leader then you are not safe, let the work speak kind of person is not a good fit here, if you are good at diplomacy you will flourish here at Acko although you seem to low in technical skills as Software Engineer.

Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

There is a payment policy named LTIP. In which, they pay you your variable and stocks one year late. I worked hard this year and for that I'll get payment next year and that too in breaks half in June and other Half in December. Whenever you leave the company you'll loose your variable for at least one year. I have never seen this kind of payment policy in any other company. It's very disgusting how they are looting employees hard earned money by making these kinds of policies.

Dislikes

Managers are doing extreme micro management Managers are not pushing profiles for promotions despite working very hard and exceeding all theirs expectations. Company culture was very good in the past but it's becoming average due to recent higher management decisions. Due to changes in the higher management, Company is not changing from extremely good to below average company to work.

...ine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

Dislikes

Poor leadership team. No coaching, mentorship. Poor processes for product development. Favouritism in teams. Making false promises to employees to make them stay, but do not fulfil promises.
