It's worst place for the work. They didn't even think about there employees. wrong commitment. Before joining lots of benefits they will tell. But after that it will be completely opposite . Specially for third party pay roll. Like enser communication Ltd. HR are fully uneducated. They don't know anything. Anything will ask they will tell will check and get bank. Even for normal leave and all.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is also less . No career growth. No support. From the management

Not happy working with the manager, feeling dissatisfied with the current work situation and I am not content with the level of supervision provided by my manager. I believe that it is important to have a healthy and productive work environment and I feel that my concern needs to be addressed in order to achieve this

They don't care weather u are fresher or experienced. After 15 days if u give them work they will force u to give resignation and HR, process head,Team leader everybody will force u and will treat u like u r extra in the office. They will talk to u very badly and very un professional behaviour Tl's are just don't know how to behave with their agents,very bad company pls dont go.
