Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I am working with 8 year in production sr engineer roles but top management is not take any solution for improvement but only asking to kaizen & RIW basic culture is worst in meeting discussion and follow the system deviate the rules and then my growth always destroyed

New people come to take care of management. For beter salary he is take to work 3 month also

I have Terrible Experience In ACETECH HEAVYFAB PVT ltd. Quite happy with TOP Management people's.But Some cruel people's are there to De- Grade the Employees & spoiling the Company Culture Eradically, it's Not at all Good sign .. 100% Not PREFERABLE ...

In covid period has no college. I need some money. So I was joined Ace tech company at September 2020 in poonamallee,Chennai. But December month has reopened the college. So I leave the company and continue my college day.
