There isnt much accept work from Home policy, rest the way you are veeb treated is horrified, that bossy culture because of lack of upper management and reporting directly into CEO and COO make it worse, as if you are a slave

Poor Management, Zero Culture, No rewards and Recognition, Zero Salary Increments, Incentives were been committed but not paid at all, No one sticks to their words, Zero Value to work related things, In total an Organization with Zero benefit for an Employee who is loyal, and hard working...pathetic experience

Worst company I work with they did not provide my balance salary when I leave Job neither they given me experience letter & joining letter whenever I ask for it their HR always make excuses.

1. Salary is processed in time to time with no delays. 2. Excellent work culture and also great learning platform. 3. Policies of the company are well structured and the management of the company are very supportive in that way.

It's been one year that I joined the Company and I have not came across any disadvantages as such that is worth mentioning. I feel that everything is perfect in my opinion.
