I regret to highlight the concerning financial situation at Ace Seafood Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. (Pescafresh). Numerous employees who departed in the last six months have reported severe delays in receiving their salaries with payments pending since January 2023. This alarming reflect a deep-rooted problem within the company, impacting not only the current workforce but also former employees who entrusted the organisation with their livelihoods. The financial instability raises serious questions about the company’s management & financial practices. Prospective employees & stakeholders should approach Ace Seafood Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. (Pescafresh) with caution, considering the evident challenges it faces in meeting its financial obligations.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
