Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is no proper kra. You would be asked for extra work everyday. They never appreciate their employees for their hardwork

Their HR is illiterate she doesn't have sense to talk employees and they hold salaries for one month sometimes it is next to next month of 1st week

Only like the employee te-hire policy here

Dislikes

Growth is slow. None of the benefits give the company to the employee and no leave in the whole year. Time to enter the company is a fix, but there is no time to leave. The behaviour of company employees is very messy
