1) sales and marketing has absolutely zero knowledge and he expects others to reach targets. 2) no knowledge on sales and marketing people were the heads 3) they speak nonsense in meetings, which you even cant relate to your work. 4) too much pressure.

This is very good platform for start our career. We can learn marketing activities like ATL & BTL ACTIVITY which is very useful for our upcoming career.

Every where we see some difficulty that we don't like, I have also one of them that is we have to self motivated because there is no one who tell you or you can ask some strategy, we have to find all things alone.

There is a lot of politics among staff and the management doesn't address our issues, seniours show more authority on juniours and there is no job guarantee if you don't impress your seniours and they will keep more pressure than the management. Management must try to know the faults among the sub brances. management is not frendly to express our issues
