...sonal life,company expects employees to work 24*7 for them...No job security....Salary never comes at time it may get postponed for 2 months.... Unnecessary deductions in salary by the name of Fine, they will cut your salary if you are on leave also put a fine of 500- 1000 RS,that will be deducted by your salary....a pathetic company to work....

MD always holds two month salary. Every month sets new parameters for salary deductions which are implemented from past month so that they can cut unnecessary salary of past month.

... things . Don't know how to take interview or do recruitment for new employees . Salary late every month and deduction of salary without any mail or information to the employees.

Nothing it's fake and illigal organisation. Just waisteg of time and life also. They are SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING ORGANISATION LIKE DDU GKY , PMKVY ,CSR KIND PROJECT. BUT DONT GIVE INTERVIEW IN THIS ORGANISATION.

Nothing like for the worst company of my life in my career , 2 month late salary received but some people are supportive , even my full and final not done after 4 month of leaving company.very poor management of company in terms of salary and lots of politics , I suggest not to join the worst company to ruin your career

No timely salary Fine culture on small mistakes Poor HR Management by illiterate and inexperienced HR Positive image of employee is change in negative way when employee change company by plant head to hide their silly mistake.

There is no job security ,no working hours nobody will listen ur problem and queries including me and director, there is no hod bills will not be paid , ur senior takes ur bill and don't give you, senior takes personally money and adjust it in salary . Inexperienced hr will cut 2 days leave in every month , no increase ment in salary Itna hi bhot h ya fr or btau
