There's nothing to like about Accurate. If you get a call from Accurate, reject it outright.

...ork life balance. The owner thinks that all the employees are bonded labour. Salary at all the levels is very low. The worst part is that when two people are having conversation, their's third person on the call as well (either the other person puts you on speaker phone or takes you on the conference call). All this is done without informing you. Example whenever you're putting someone on speaker phone you announce the same. In case of Accurate you will never know, in most of the cases owner is listening to your conversation without informing you. Breach of trust.

"I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The HR team initially reached out to me, asking me to join, and I was excited about the apportunity. However, when I arrived to join, HR inform me that the position was 'on hold' without any prior notice. Since I had got this apportunity I rejected the other two job offers. This lack of professionalism and unclear communication is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend dealing with this company as they seem unreliable and unorganised."

No management, no rule , no discipline

Top management is horrible and always listen to chamchgiri fellow. Old people doest contents any knowledge and lateral entry people need to work hard to complete project and after old employees only get benefits. Bo value for lateral entry people.

Politics and fake CP sessions which doesn't make any sense, be aware if they say we are family it's just make no sense .... overall if you have any strong reference in this company of CEO or CMD you will get good hike otherwise you will be thrown out in a year.
