Lack of management not a handle a single function in proper management Too much Salary delayed Seniors behave like they are brave but actually not.new joining suffer a lot for proper training Lots of politics in department Not a proper service to customer medical insurance, paid meternity leave not available all rules against govt policies You have to ask HR about company policy otherwise they are not interested to explain you.

Salary not on time. Dirty politics gets played in every little thing. Everyone say they'll help you but it's just fluke. Don't lower your expected ctc for learning. Be Confident on your skills and personality.

Payment method too worng payment pay in two methods salary in account .and over time payment give in cash. But not give on time . HR department not answer our questions. working hours 12hr if u interested or not his don't care. About workers.
