...agement doesn't like good interaction among colleagues. High micro management. Salary hike is almost nothing. No proper basic amenities including a neat washroom. Only single washroom for boys and girls which is also not neatly maintained. Management culture is also unacceptable.

I like overall benefits and learning provided by the company. We get to work directly with client and understand their requirements and develop robust and reliable softwares. With maintaining the work like balance and work satisfaction

Dislikes

So far not concerns apart from traveling since my house location is far away from office. I have no other choice.
