Company senior and colleagues are goods. All draftsman are very hardworking and friendly. Both MD are great. For any issues you can tell them they will listen and will solve your issue. Office staff are also helpful

Dislikes

HR work is slow. Sometimes late night sitting and Saturday working. Sometimes not appreciate for work Work from home is not available

The only thing good about working here is the open culture with MD's of the company. Everyone is welcome to discuss anything directly with MD's.

Dislikes

Politics! Clear preference to employees who have been here from start of the company. Performance or output is ignored many times, and all the appreciation and increment is given to these employees only. Also, no new ideas or innovation in terms of technicality or any other aspect are welcomed. Work is also divided on preference basis. Deliverables are expected as soon as the work is allotted, no matter how much time is actually required, or what previous work you are already doing. Overall, not a healthy environment to work.
