Environment is friendly with the colleagues

Management is not good, they don't value their Employees. Appraisals are not fair and they don't give good salary hike and no bonus until now. Management doesn't address any issues regarding salary concern. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Nothing to be like in this company but salary are getting on time.

Company are making harassment environment. the skills are not to be good In RMC Delhi Office staff are totally making defense office and defense rules and regulation that's why the FAE and their Managers are not understand there situation and all others problems. I am totally harassment in this organization but I'll try to others ones .

Job security is good, but at the cost of lower than industry average CTC. Leave policy is good People are nice.

Dislikes

The company management promised pay-raise in Nov2020 stating that by april2021 they will provide raise and today is Jan2022, no pay raise yet. Last pay-raise was 3years ago. They made employees work more hours, weekends with the hope of payraise and work life balance became a joke. Bosses call you at 10pm and ask for status, they wont respect personal life. 3years bond is not worth it, you will lose more than you gain and its a trap.

For join as fresher it is good organization.

Dislikes

Management is not giving salary hike in time. They will keep part of your salary as arrears. If you are till the financial year you can get the arrears. Otherwise you need to just forget.

As a fresher you will get a lot of learning opportunity...but you should be able to take all abuses from seniors. There is no proper hierarchy, team management. The only good thing about accord ..

Dislikes

No work life balance, no salary satisfaction and promotions.
