...g me learn by teaching everything they know. I have got the best TL and Manager. Salary is less compared to the corporate standards. There is no such pressure from the senior colleagues.

Likes

They will throw you into very interesting projects and you will learn a lot. The experience you gain from these project is your actual salary. So for freshers this is a very good company. The people here are extremely nice and will help you with your doubts.

Dislikes

1. Official language is Kannada (unofficially) 2. Less salary. 3. 3 year Bond. 4. Some managers try to micromanage. 5. Slow computers.

Lot of politics, Loads pressure to single person. No proper distribution of work within the team. Very less CTC compared to market and people who talks well with managers earn more than the actual work did by them. Real work is not recognised.

3 years job security if you are ready to do monotonous excel sheet work. They will take bond agreement for 3 years which you might think as good for job security but it turns out to be horrible experience as you will be getting monotonous work all the time and their unrealistic working pressure as well as their working culture will make you to get out of it as soon as possible.

Dislikes

They will take bond agreement for 3 years which you might think as good for job security but it's never the case as you will be the one, who want to get out of there asap because of their working culture( Don't expect Saturday and Sunday to be rest days) and monotonous work(excel sheet) given by them all the time.

Stable slow moving company. Appreciates loyalty. Job security.

Dislikes

No learning opportunities. On-site policy is bad politics. Too much mid level seniors with no leadership skills. Stagnant and blocking the growth of other ambitious emerging leaders. No rewards for real hard work. Bully culture at times in terms of work and no respect for options. Software is only Service to earn and feed the R&D on hardware which is mostly failed experiments.
