There are lots of things. Program manager is main problem.
No tea breaks in evening because program manager think all employees done gossip in tea brk. There are lots of other points also.
All Saturday we have to work.
Management do not support female employees during pregnancy and post maternity. I gave more than 4yrs to the company and expected some sort of flexibility but I did not get any support at all from my seniors, instead created lots of politics and created an atmosphere wherein I had to resign.The funny part is that someone from the senior most person in Gurgaon office told me that I have not done even a single work in the past 4 years. Also told he gave me free salary during maternity leave and allowed to take Diwali gift which contained electric kettle.
Worst Experience with Accor Plus. Managers play big politics. No proper increment, no annual bonus. Over pressurized. No job security. Forced fully asked to resign. Worst management. Recommended not to join this company.
Only thing you like about them is they have office near to Huda City Centre and there are multiple foods options as well near to thw office. I know i should be talking about office “Likes” but don’t have any soo
* Rude and abusive Managers who are interested in you personal life morethan the professional problem you facing
* Different plates and glasses for the everyone and classic and high quality glasses n plates for management, if you use them ready to be scolded by office helps
* Even the table to eat food for the managers is fix, if you are eating already you will be asked to move somewhere else or they will shout like hell
* Just stay after your work hours to please your managers even if you don’t have anything to do, you leave on time you will be under extreme pressure or may loose your job
* Be ready to start working on 100% targets from day 2 since they give leverage for day 1 as its has joining formalities
* You cannot talk to ex employees if they get to know you will be in a 1 O 1 session with VP and HR with your manager where they will shout for minimum 1 hour and ask what have you done in this company why you are still in contact and finally asked not to talk to anyone if they have left.
* Office is full of politics they intentionally dig things about those who they want to terminate if they can’t find any flaw they will ask you tell what have done till now even when you were the employee of the year which was given by them only lol
* Yearly leaves is a joke, if you take leave if you are unwell they will tell that be grateful that we gave you leave when you needed now cover that day today and tomorrow because WE GAVE YOU LEAVE AND ITS NOT YOUR RIGHT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR FAMILY HEALTH YOU HAVE JOB BETTER JUSTIFY IT and next same manager takes 2days off because of headache
It was a good company to work for, pressure yes as it is a sales company.
Dislikes
Management needs to understand if a employee needs an emergency exit you need to understand so they don't walk out. I've seen people walk out of the company because of management and even I had to do the same.
