Salary during hiring is good & job security is at its best. During recession time also company respects employee condition and there was no layoff.

Yearly increment is not good. no proper pantry no hardware given except laptop. Employee should get a extr monitor, headphone, mouse. Which are essential for calls. But they are not providing. For new joiner also headphone qualities are not good. They need to work life balance. Its verry poor

Compensation is only good at Accolite.

...outside. And if you find a job outside before completing 3 months notice period. They will not pay you notice period compensation. No clarity on type of projects they have. Very random locations of operations and clients. All internal company communication happens on personal Skype ids.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

...if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here
