...ou expect someone working for a company without knowing the working culture. And if you quit in between you have to pay 150000 and the most amazing part is the salary is 10k for technical students. What can be more pathetic than this. Only want to look innocent people

This is not MNC .. this small start-up and they give very small salary and expected to overtime.. After intership they should provide package.. but they provide only sttepin

Flexible work hours but now they have work from office policy.

Dislikes

The company is a start up that began around 2.5 years back. They don’t have knowledge of how to run a company professionally. They don’t care about their employees and focus on their profit only. They don’t have any work policies, leave policies, you have to use your own laptop for their official work and talking about the salaries and appraisals which are quite less. Moreover, they have a contractual bond for fresher employees.
