New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Likes

The mix of Junior, Middle and Senior management people and easy accessibility at every strata.

Dislikes

Unnecessary penalties, salary cuttings, cutting on the name of savings and delay in getting our own savings and salaries.

Likes

Nothing. They trap clients somehow through luck, partners and farmers ger scammed. They pay peanuts for getting 3 person work done from 1 employee. They loot employees of their hard earned money. Both present and ex employees are at a loss of lakhs of money per person.

Scam in the name of ethics. Misuse of grants & funds. Commitment to cause & community questionable since funds from project are diverted to cover up for company losses. Exploitation of human resources destroying their mental, physical and financial health. Non payment of full and final settlement for years, with all communication going into darkness and no response from company.
