...e "yes" to the Senior Management your are good even you don't complete the task. If closer to senior management you will be "Simple sitting and getting Salary" in F&A outsource dept.

Company work culture is worst place, I had worked. Even the basic infra structure is not good. (Eg) Have to fight for good condition chairs with other team members. Even HR is powerless to protect the Employee from Senior Management.

They made me pay out for early relieving from my pocket when I had no job .should have considered the tenure and dedication i showed to them.i wouldn't blame access it was my verticle top management decision.

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

Just because of good salary and benefits.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.
