Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

When putting good efforts it turns into promotions. Great managers and leaders surrounding us to support for next levels.

Dislikes

Less salary compared to associate level. There is lot more to work behing on salary part. learning and engagement are still a scope of opportunities.

Except good salary you don't get anything in Access Healthcare they have the worst trading setup there is no job security I'm not sure about your career growth. Will make the work environment as a pressure cooker nobody talks about innovation and forget about going back to home on time. After all this you have the worst Boss ever who would never teach you anything except blaming you for things which you are not responsible for.

Yes they are providing wfh and strictly following government norms

We have more carrier opportunities, but the salary is very less for the positions being provided. Requesting the management to review the pay scale.

Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.
