They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

Very worst company culture on my tenure. I worked for my project for 2 years hospital billing. When I applied for IJP after 1 year they reject me without even consideration because my team leads and delivery manager not liked me.

Dislikes

... benefits and positions they enjoyed but management punishment only given to me. I got very less package even second year I did not even get 15k. During my tenure on Access, I helped many colleague's to complete the targets so that's the only reason that project there.

...past 5 years. The best place to work for fresher and ladies. Good organisation. On time salary, incentives. Secure and comfortable place to work.

AHS is over all a very good place where you can feel like a good work place with fun and frndz osum teammates wth lovely memories gud place to wrk wth full security frm my side happy that i have also been a part of AHS 😍😜.those dayz were the best

...ork and when it is like extend and have to finish the work or saturday schedule. and also abt the salary package as it is a nitshft company can provide more😒.bt realy a very gud environment ful of lovely frndz and TL was gud experience working..

Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.
