Work environment and work culture. Well the company is too good. Some of the teams are really bad to work. The team plays major role when comes to individual growth and benefits.

When comes to salary benefit, their pay system is really bad. They give a lot to new hires but old employees will get same rating and appraisals. Company will need to consider the old employees too, they are the main pillers.

Salary is the only reason I am here.

Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.

Pay wise and facilities no tea snacks and including proper drinking water facilities and cab roadter now days lot of cost cutting

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏

Actually I wanna give negative stars for Work satisfaction, Salary benefits, work life balance, and Company culture 👎👎👎 Just a worst company with full of negativity and mental pressure. For Toxic award it will get a 1st place🥇 Only if have a great “jalra” skill you can survive here and you’ll get recognition 🙂‍↕️
