I don't find any employee benefits and salary growth. Appraisal system can be more better than the current one.

...R personally they don't care about experience just put you hike than you expect. I've international voice process experience of 2 years plus my salary 20-25, just gave me 3k hike i hv 6 months ar experience (denials), my colleague has tamil voice process experience of years in day shift, their home 25-30k and hike is 10k+just because she knows HR. shaji ravi money destroyed by HR teams. and access is the only company which holds high attrition rate.

Office time Monday to Friday , but they insist us to work on Saturday without Pay , and we have to work beyond shift hours , only if we complete our production 100% target it will be present for the day , otherwise half present , they just need a human machine to work for them , Worst hierarchy management , no team outing , just work and go

Poor decision makers, unlogical and unethical thinkers and blindful approvers for self motive reasons. Poor Team management. Totally selfish caused company.
