What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏

Salary is the only reason I am here.

Dislikes

Their leave policy, no matter what they will allow three leaves only that too applied and approved 2-3 months ago. One of my colleagues grandmother died and he took 5 days of leave but they approve only for 3 days. Everyone tries to do micromanagement, no matter how hard you work only people related to management will get promoted.
