It's like family instead of company and we have high secured job and we don't have to get panic on losing job for any optimisation reasons. Hike is always ultimate compared to other company in market.

Dislikes

Log in and break hours are so strict which may have some leniant. Some kind of politics in getting promoted.

My colligs are very helpul to me. More than a supervisor my team members helped at every situation which I faced.

Dislikes

There is no proper hike. If we worked or not hike is same for all. Superviosrs is not treating every one in a same way. If there is any problem the supervisor is not taking care about it and there is no response on that.

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
