Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. It's like family instead of company and we have high secured job and we don't have to get panic on losing job for any optimisation reasons. Hike is always ultimate compared to other company in market.

There is no proper hike. If we worked or not hike is same for all. Superviosrs is not treating every one in a same way. If there is any problem the supervisor is not taking care about it and there is no response on that.
