Getting remuneration on time. Teammates and immediate boss is supportive.

...lacking. Management is not transparent to all. Employee are not treated equally. Salary is decent.

Teammates are good and enjoyed there working and it is good organisation to work but growth and other opportunities are limited unless untill you are in the good books of your verticals. Internal politics too matter when it comes for making choice for growth. Benefits and priority are given to those who are keen to there boss. No division of work pressure infact the more the person hard working is considered to be loaded untill or unless he/ she breaks out.

Dislikes

The worst part was differential salary system and appraisal. All though it has a bell curve practise of appraisal system but ultimately goes for a toss when politics is involved.

Company is good, but you cannot grow in the hierarchy because some seniors won't let you grow specifically in regional branch

Some people have hired their friends and relatives in the organization and they don't let others grow in the organization.

Near to my place. Flexible timings.

My Manager was not good. She used to come to office at 11.30 and used to be till 8.30. I used to come at 9.30 as I was new and she used to expect me to wait with her.

HR would show stars and moons but then once you be part your mental health will be ripped apart

Dislikes

The HR policies are very weak actually it doesn't exist at all, you'll be harrased and annoyed time and again by the management, don't have any ethics or morals everybody will play politics and are destroying the company, even if this the last company to work for don't join them.
