This company paid for employee salary in check and this company boiler is very puncture so no bowler operator the helper operate the boiler or my unit rector is front of boiler I am afraid from boiler because the operator is helper this company not paid my salary 15 days and cut because I changed company in 60 days

...s are being made every now and then. Expecting complete submission of employees Salary structure is relatively lesser as compared to industry standards. Donation requirements come every now and then. Lesser authority = Lesser responsibilities

Disgusting culture, Favourism culture, only Jobs of HOD's are secure, Junior team members are considerd as trash. HOD are very helpful during the joining but after some months new joinesrs will get to know their original side. During appraisal HOD will sit like a raccon in the directors cabin hiding themselves from their team members and try to hide all the hard work employee has done. During one to one discusion with HOD, they will make you feel like you have done a termendous job and when the final time for appraisal comes they changes sides with the directors and leave their team aloof and demotivate them with director by revising the targets on the spot which is not at all realistic and threaten the employees by saying that they will reduce the salaries if the unrealistic on spot revised target is not achived. Very toxic company to work with, please do not join this company because one will have a very bad impact about the private work culture. No Appreciation at all even after you have provided them substantial amount of business.

-There is no Job security - Mobiles are not allowed inside which is very inflexible for personal life - They are nit at all transparent about the job description by the time you will come to know It will be too late - Among the short time I have worked there it was very unpleasant due to internal Politics
