Firing culture. You get fired even in the first month if you cant meet their goals. You wake up and your email stops working. Without any review meeting or warning

Only the timely salary.

Everything is so wrong with this company. Just because you forget to sign in in their software and even after you show the HR the mails that you were working they will cut the salary. Also the management and specially the HR department is in shambles. The HRs are just yes men with no power of their own. They have a hire and fire policy and whoever is joining can join them at your own risk. They want employees to work in U.S and Pakistan timings. You have to start the day at 11 am and no matter how urgent work you have 80% days you will be asked to work overtime. Also their is lot of politics and employee will always be made the scapegoat.

Work life balanced culture. Leads are helpful.

Dislikes

Very poor appraisal cycle. Low interaction with higher management. Poor office culture. No company outings. No Team Lunch/Dinner. Poor reimbursement for work anniversary or other rewards.

Likes

A cool and an employee centric organization where people can expand their career in Automation especially UiPath. A good place to work for freshers as well.

Dislikes

There is no cafeteria so employees have to carry there tiffins. They do have a pantry area where coffee and tea is available unlimited for free and also other snacks are arranged by the team for employees.

Work life balance is good in the company.

Dislikes

They do not provide increments and you have to do many things apart from work in order to get your attention. No broader vision for company Hire and fire policy is bad.
