... 1 or 1.5 months you will be "Fired Directly without notice." 4th- For this 1/1.5 months or even more you will not get salary! Whatever you do they will not give salary, they just keep saying you will get get, or even stop contact/connection with you! At the time of joining/interview they will be soo good and say things to impress you and tell that you will receive salary on time and get training/learning, but that' totally false!! This company just hires some fresher noobs and make them give client interviews of fake experience and if they clear they will make money otherwise they will just throw them out. Another important thing is it doesn't have any Senior Employees or Manager, because who will join this kind of fake company, It just has 1 founder and his friend as manager who doesn't do anything and a noob HR who is a puppet of founder. They also have another company in Maharashtra (QLORON Technology) which also does same things and both of them are jointly fooling around people by saying that they have branches and clients all over India. SO please don't consider joining this fake company, if you join you will come to know. I myself have faced all these personally and seen this happen to more than 4-5 people in front of my eyes hence I'm writing such a big review. So people who think to join should not join this fake company and do the mistake what I and many others did! If you still join you will regret it for life.

... hiring low-level candidates like fresher level and scheduling interviews of 5+. if u ask about the salary he will do a fake promise like the pay will on processed and waiting time will increase by some nonsense statement I have a chat record also. All management people do fake things. during the interview always different company names and also says fake experience to the client.no job security in this company they fire employees without any notice period. Company clear my full and final settlement on 4 months after so many call message.

My time at Accelgrowth has been mostly positive, their project are interesting and the team is friendly. however, there can be some communication issues between department that leads delays. Overall I enjoy my job but hope to see improvements in collaboration

While I enjoy working at Accelgrowth, there's a clear need for better communication across team. misunderstanding often lead to unnecessary delays, and I believe a more structured approach to project updates would greatly improve efficiency
