Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing...They are complete liars, they don't provide salary...All the time they make excuses at the end you will not any single penny for your smart and hard work. Still waiting for my salary for the last 6 months...

Dislikes

No job security, they don't have manner to talk with their employees, no career growth, on the salary part - you will not get any single penny, too much politics there, No Appraisal, No reimbursement of the bills, noting is good to say about this company..they are making fool... still, I am asking for my salary but they are provided me a single penny, not replying on WhatsApp, not picking up my call...

...g the name of education to make people fool, and taking the loan on there names. And about employees they never get salary on time. That's so irritating. Just stay away from these fraudulent.
