1. Poor Pay scale ( Salary structure) 2. Ineffective management. 3. Lack of recognition. 4. Increment Policies uncleared . 5. lack of work -life balance ( shortage of staff) 6. Basic facilities in colony and infrastructure , welfare , like 24 hrs ambulance, Emergency contact numbers for call points , fire Training , Shop for basic medical and vegetables, drycleaning etc, , Cultures activities and celebrations ( excluding Dussehra) Kids play and activities in garden are zero level .

Salary, Increment. Transportation (plant to colony). No HR policy. Less increment. Not transperant any policy. No medical facilities in plant and colony also. No emergency vehicles for any emergency. No appreciation, and no knowledge sharing form senior level.

Actually I used to like to work here due to freedom, but now the things have been changing drastically in bad ways. I used to like the leave policy.

Dislikes

It has no proper salary structure, no growth plan for employees or their future. It had good leave policy previously but now it's all gone. No night shift allowance. No remote allowance. Health insurance is of 2 lakhs rupees only, which is also divided in several segment to claim.

Likes

...serving to this company for 10 yrs, to fight with corona they are doing nothing. They cutted the salary who stuck in strict lockdown from 15/4/20 to 19/5/20. Totally worst company.

Dislikes

Politics, nepotism and no respect of talent.

You can learn a lot as no senior wants to teach you you have to learn by ur self. There is always a pressure for production in which u have to perform well

Salary, no increments, poor HR policy, No work life balance No job satisfaction
