The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an International organisation where good training was provided to employees, teams work thrived , job security was one of the core attributes of the company so that staff felt very secure since information on new developments was shared as it comes no speculations was allowed, compensation packages were done in a structure that was easy for someone to understand and follow through, the work environment was very conducive and innovation was very encouraged to blossom.

The organization ended up being taken over by FHI 360 and so some good policies of the organization and rewards systems didn't continue with the new parent organization which purchased it such as education yearly allowance for each staff of USD$500.00
