Nothing to like in academic India publishers. It's just a terrible place to work. No career growth,no salary growth. The prop. Promise the increment of 10% after 1 year. But he will kick you out when time of increment came. Moreover he doesn't give you offer letter or any experience letter or appointment letter.

Dislikes

The place has not good working environment. Dirty washroom, damaged flush, no office boy, no tea coffee arrangements,no bonus, no appraisals, no appreciation,no respect.
