The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Dislikes

Although reward system is fully automated like all job functions, being a freelance worker, working from remote location, sometimes QAD can outplay your quality work when system is not fully automated, like in the past. Presently, no need to apply because there is no work! Either the company needs to shut down from business or stop outsourcing business to third party Indian companies.
