poor salary Unrealistic targets No prior training no skill developments programs are conducted they just tell you the guidelines and we just have to follow that blindly , Just providing guidelines is not a training , you must tell how to make the starboards more creatively.

... and activity check.. Which makes it compulsory to be online for the 9 hours.. Since it was a target based job if you don't reach the target they will deduct your salary.. The targets were always out of reach.. Overall my experience of working was not at all satisfactory.

On a serious note, I have not liked anything about this organization.

...utside their job descriptions, with the only exception being mopping the floors. Furthermore, if you decide to resign, they have the audacity to use your name to withhold invoice payments. I strongly suggest that you consider leaving a gap in your resume rather than working for this organization. For freelancers, I recommend staying away from this company, as they are unlikely to pay you for your work.

...st thing is, you can work on multiple projects and learn valuable new skills. The salary is always on-time, and the leaves are granted without asking any question. HR always responds to the queries on time. I highly recommend joining this company.

Everything. 1. Unrealistic targets, failing to achieve which leads to salary deduction. 2. No job security. 3. Toxic culture and exploitative managers. They speak to you very rudely and look for every chance to mark you LOP or deduct your salary even if it not your fault 4. The worst part is it has a software that takes screenshot of your monitor screen and check you activity percentage 5. Delayed salary And more and more
