Some places are managers thinking about staff use and throw policy,. I'm coming to vacation from my home unfortunately my family problems i cannot go return, my location management is absconding me .now I'm sofer to come abudhabi national hotel, I'm again applied to company but he's saying,we can't hiring me previous absconding to aur system he's sayed like that . what we do how to come again this company......

I worked in that site for one month less 5 years and I only used to get salary Aed.1000/- for month that was my basic and no allowance for all those 5 years though I changed to different designation they haven’t changed or gave me allowance on that site and that really pulled myself down . Apart from it ADNH compass is wonderful . I was hoping for good to come back to this company may God bless me ., by recognizing me . Thanks .

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
