Talented resource are not given due salary adjustments, promotions. There is no parity of salary basis work delivered, team managed and support rendered. No parity in converting outsource to sdib visa even holding senior position. It depends on who has necessary connections. Recent changes was not thought through well resulting in major concerrns

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

As mentioned above. Additionally the designation grade allocation, the Differences in OT , is not standardised. IJP are not sent to outsource candidates and major trainings are not extended to outsource. Overall, there is no employee satisfaction

* No likes.. This is a Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi.

Dislikes

* Threatening manager in all times, telling we will terminate you. * Using very old technologies.. 15 years back. * Nothing we can learn from them. * For approvals, we need to take the print out. .to find the person and take the signature. There is no company portal. * Very small team in IT.. 10 members.
